Pairing Sheet Body Bends

The function

bool CollectBends( const MbFaceShell &               faceShell,
                   const RPArray<MbFace> &           innerFaces,
                   const RPArray<MbFace> &           outerFaces,
                         RPArray<MbSheetMetalBend> & result );

groups sheet body bend faces into pairs.

The input parameters of the function are:

• faceShell - the sheet body shell containing the bend faces

• innerFaces - the inner bend faces

• outerFaces - the outer bend faces

The output parameter of the function is the array result of detected face pairs forming the bends.

If successful, the function returns true; otherwise, it returns false.

The function is declared in the action_sheet.h file.

The function searches, for each bend, a pair of faces (an inner and an outer one) in the unordered sets innerFaces and outerFaces and, for the pairs found, creates bend objects that are added to the result array.
