ELEMENTARY OBJECTS
Elementary objects are C3D geometric kernel entities that describe such mathematical constructs as a vector, a point, an axis, a local coordinate system, a transformation matrix, a bounding box, and a bounding rectangle. Elementary objects have simple data structures. They serve as a tool and building material for more complex geometric objects and are used by all modules of the geometric kernel.
