The C3D Vision and C3D Converter components are now integrated into PAZL:TAKT, a domestic mine planning software. C3D Vision and C3D Converter are part of C3D Toolkit, a software development kit (SDK) for geometric model creation, editing, visualization, and conversion.
The AIOM development team looked for software to visualize, import, and handle 3D mining data (pit surface, road alignments, mining areas, excavators, dumps, stockpiles, etc.). The key requirements were:
- Support for specific 3D mining data formats
- Extensive 3D functionality off-the-shelf
- Compatibility with .NET applications
- No restrictions for Russian customers.

The testing confirmed that C3D Vision and C3D Converter components fully meet the requirements for PAZL:TAKT. The integration was a three-stage process:
- Integration of the C3D Labs products into the existing architecture. It went seamlessly thanks to the C# wrappers.
- Adding more functionality with the focus on PAZL:TAKT-specific visualization and analysis settings.
- Integration across the entire product lifecycle with comprehensive support, consultations, and updates.

The key result is a dynamic animation that visualizes the analysis results produced by the PAZL:TAKT kernel for mining operations. With new interactive handles and an intuitive GUI, the user can adjust the scenario in real time. The new solution offers better planning accuracy with fewer design errors, thanks to instant visualization of changes.
