C3D Labs has updated C3D Viewer, a versatile 3D model viewer. The key new features are support for more geometric objects and improvements to the Explosion function.
Now C3D Viewer can read and display PMIs (Product and Manufacturing Information) and sketches from KOMPAS 3D models. Just activate the setting. This functionality gives you a clearer understanding of the 3D model, presenting all the information contained within it.

Now, you can manage the visibility of many geometric objects (PMI, comments, 3D curves, and bodies) with the convenient filters available on a floating toolbar. By default, all objects are displayed. The user can choose which ones to hide or show.

The Explosion command has also been improved. Now the position of exploded components is saved when the user exits the settings. In this way, you do not have to specify the settings again when the Exposition command is reactivated. The Explosion and Section modes can now be combined.

Another new feature is the support for *c3d models created in KOMPAS 3D ver. 23.
C3D Viewer is available for download as Windows x64/x32 installation packages and Linux deb package. Download the newest version on the C3D Viewer page.
