.. role:: blue :class: blue MdCharacterFunction Character Function ======================================= .. _MbCharacterFunction_Character_Function_: .. kernel version: The :blue:`MdCharacterFunction` class is declared in the *func_analytical_function.h* file. The character function :blue:`MdCharacterFunction` is defined by the string expression of the function, the action tree used to evaluate this expression, the boundary values of the parameter *tmin*, *tmax* and the direction *sense*. The function also has some additional data that are optional and are used to speed up the work of the function methods. Using the character function, you can describe any function of the parameter *t* as a string expression containing analytical functions and arithmetic operations. In the double :blue:`Value`\( double & *t* ) method, the action tree is used to evaluate the value of the character expression. The domain of the function parameter lies within *tmin* ≤ *t* ≤ *tmax*. The function can be periodic.
