MbRough Surface Finish Symbol

The :blue:`MbRough` class is declared in the *mb_rough.h* file.

The MbRough surface finish symbol is a derived class of
:blue:`MbPointsSymbol`. The surface finish symbol is defined by a set of
three-dimensional points **points**, data about segments of complex
sections *steps*, and a topological attachment object **item**.

The object carries information about the base points of the surface
finish symbol that are associated with the topological object **item**.

The object is used when constructing planar projections of the surface
finish symbol of the geometric model element **item**.
