The MbConctFunction class is declared in the *func_const_function.h* file.

The MbConctFunction constant function is defined by a single function value
*value*.

In the double :blue:`Value`\( double & *t* ) method, the function

is evaluated.

The domain of the function parameter lies within
0 ≤ *t* ≤ 1. The function cannot be periodic.
