METHODS USED TO BODIES CONSTRUCTING =================================== .. _METHODS_OF_SOLID_BUILDING_: The main elements of the geometric model are bodies. C3D geometric kernel constructs bodies that fully or partially describe the surface of the modeled object. The body can be closed or non-closed. A closed body does not contain boundary edges. It describes the whole surface of the modeled object and the set of its internal points. A non-closed body contains boundary edges. It describes only a part of the surface of the modeled object. Many bodies have a simple form and are built on the basis of points, curves and surfaces. .. toctree:: subsections/EN/Constructing_an_Elementary_Body subsections/EN/Constructing_an_Extrusion_Body subsections/EN/Constructing_a_Revolution_Body subsections/EN/Constructing_a_Body_by_Sections subsections/EN/Creating_a_Body_by_a_Specified_Set_of_Faces subsections/EN/Constructing_an_Open_Body_Based_on_a_Surface subsections/EN/Constructing_a_Ruled_Body subsections/EN/Constructing_a_Body_from_a_Curve_Grid subsections/EN/Constructing_a_Patch subsections/EN/Stiching_Body_Faces subsections/EN/Construction_of_Body_Based_on_Curves_or_Curve_Points subsections/EN/Construction_of_Equidistant_Body subsections/EN/Extension_of_Body_Face subsections/EN/Constructing_an_Ingot_Body_from_Sent_Objects subsections/EN/Constructing_a_Body_Based_on_a_Polygonal_Model
