.. role:: blue :class: blue Constructing Triangulation for a Body ===================================== .. _Constructing_Triangulation_for_a_Body_: .. kernel version: The method .. code-block:: cpp void CalculateGrid( const MbSolid & solid, const MbStepData & stepData, RPArray & grids ); builds a set of triangulations for the faces of a solid. The input parameters of the method are: - *solid* – solid body; - *stepData* – data for calculating the approximation step. The output parameter of the method is the *grids* set. The method does not return a value. The method is declared in the *mip_solid_area_volume.h* file. This method approximates the faces of the *solid* body with triangulations *grids*. When calling the method, the *grids* set must be empty. Each *i*-th face of the *solid* body corresponds to the constructed object *grids*\[*i*]. The *stepData* parameter controls the density of polygonal object meshes and contains data for calculating the step when moving along curves and surfaces of solids. The *stepData* parameter is described in the subsection :ref:`Triangulation Calculation Control `.
