Constructing a rib
==================

The function

   MbResultType RibElement( const MbSolid &               solid,
                            const MbRibSolidParameters &  params,
                                  MbSolid &               result )

constructs a rib for the source solid.

The input parameters of the function are:

* **solid** — the source solid;
* **params** — the rib parameters.

The output parameter of the function is the constructed solid **result**.

If successful, the function returns :blue:`rt_Success`; otherwise, it returns a result code from the :ref:`MbResultType <MbResultType_>` enumeration (see *mb_operation_result.h*).

The function constructs a separate rib without merging it with the source solid.
