C3D Toolkit is a software product that includes a geometric kernel, a parametric kernel, a converter, and modules for visualization and transformation of geometric models.

C3D Toolkit is intended for use in computer-aided design systems as a software component.

C3D Toolkit provides a software implementation of mathematical methods for constructing numerical models of geometry of real and imaginary objects, as well as mathematical methods for maintaining these models. Numerical models are used in systems that perform design (Computer-Aided Design), calculating (Computer-Aided Engineering) and manufacturing (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) of modeled objects. Numerical models of geometry of real and imaginary objects are called geometric models.

A geometric model contains a description of the shape of the modeled object and a description of the relationships between the elements of the model. In addition, a geometric model includes its construction history, which stores the methods and the sequence of constructing the model, and the elements of the geometric model are provided with attributes that carry information about physical, technological and other properties of the elements.
